Austin Natural Mattress, a luxury organic sleep brand has partnered with Toys for Tots for a holiday giveaway campaign.
The Austin-based retailer is pledging to donate one new toy for every mattress purchased in-store or online from now through Christmas. The toys will benefit Central Texas children and families during the holiday season through the Toys for Tots program.

The business says the initiative reflects the company’s long standing commitment to community involvement and its mission to provide healthier, non-toxic sleep. Shoppers can give back simply by choosing a high-quality, non-toxic, organic mattress during the busiest retail season of the year.
Charles Roberts, store manager, said by partnering with Toys for Tots, the company is able to make a direct impact in the community during a season that should be joyful for every child. “One purchase equals one new toy under the tree for a child in need,” he said.
Customers making any purchase now through Christmas will automatically trigger a toy donation. All toy donations will be picked up by Toys for Tots for distribution to children in need across the Austin area.
Donation boxes are also available on-site for the community to drop off any new, unwrapped toy donations.

Since 1991, Slumberland Furniture has been helping kids get the restful sleep they require by giving new beds to families in need. Through its 40 Winks Foundation and its Homes for the Holidays donation event, the company has given more than 55,000 beds to families who would otherwise be sleeping on the floor.
This Christmas season, Slumberland will continue to make donations to families in need, with special events to kick of the festive season. In addition to financial giving, Slumberland is also encouraging its employees to give their time and talents to important causes in their own communities.

The retailer says the chairs will be given to seniors, veterans and families in need this holiday season. No purchase is necessary, but an online nomination will be required.
“If you or someone you love is struggling to get in and out of a chair, recovering from surgery, or sleeping in pain, nominate them for a free assistive lift chair from Gallery,” said Gallery Furniture owner Jim McIngvale, aka Mattress Mack.
For 44 years, Mattress Mack and Gallery Furniture have celebrated the spirit of Christmas by helping Texans who need it the most.
